What is the Best Teeth Whitener method? – Make Teeth Whiter!

I have been getting a lot of emails asking about the Best Teeth Whitener method. Our society sees all of these celebrities with pearly white teeth whether on television, in the tabloids, magazines, etc. people feel that those celebrities are setting the standard and that they must achieve the same whiteness to their smile.

Taking advantage of that belief, companies advertise quick fix methods to make teeth whiter. People see these campaigns that promise to “Whiten teeth in 14 days or less” and quickly jump at the opportunity. Now make no mistake, these products at home teeth whitener products do tend to work, and recently they’ve made them less harsh on their teeth. Problem is, your teeth tend to regress back to its prior to use shade or you don’t achieve the shade you want because your teeth were originally at too dark a shade. The whitening product should be used as a supplement, not as the cure all for whiter teeth.

Make Teeth Whiter

To fix all of this and to gain white teeth, I’ve developed my own Best Teeth Whitener method. You need a proper routine consisting of proper oral health, a healthy diet, and we’ll even use a teeth whitening product, as a SUPPLEMENT of course.

Diet:Probably the most important step towards achieving whiter teeth involves a healthy diet that strays away from any “staining” foods and beverages. Foods such as sweets, candies, and syrups and beverages such as coffee, tea, and soda’s tend to stain your teeth. Eliminating them will not only help you to easily achieve the shade of whiteness you desire, but will also help you get into shape.
I use The Healthy Urban Cookbook to help maintain my proper diet.

Water consumption: They say you should drink half your bodies weight in ounces of water a day. I say the same, even more if you can. Water helps cleanse the body, helps create saliva which can help rinse away plaque and food particles, and is non-staining.

Flossing: Flossing helps loosen plaque and food particles which create that ugly shade of yellow on your teeth. Dentists recommend flossing at least twice a day but if your teeth if your aiming to whiten your teeth as quickly as possible, try flossing after every meal.

Brushing with an electric toothbrush: Brushing with a quality electric toothbrush will provide you with far more pulsations per minute then you will ever be able to achieve with manual brushing. These thousands of added pulsations will help to sweep away plaque, protect enamel, and whiten teeth. In order to achieve the whiten level you desire, brush twice daily and if you’ve had a meal high in my no-no foods from above, brush again.

Mouth wash: Many people overlook the importance of mouthwash. Mouthwash helps kill off the germs that cause gingivitis as well as fighting plaque. Used twice daily, mouthwash can help improve your breath as well as being a great teeth whitener.

After you’ve followed this routine for a few weeks and have noticed an improvement to the shades of your teeth, now you can implement a whitening product to really put your teeth on a new level of whiteness you’ve never had before. There are two types I’ve used before, whitener strips and at home gels. Which one is best depends on your preference. However my favorite for the whitening strips are Crest Professional Effects Enamel Safe Whitening Strips and for the at home gel, GoSmile Go All Out 14-Day Whitening Kit.

The Best At Home Teeth Whitener

After using the whiteners, make sure you continue the dental routine to maintain your whiteness. As you can see, this at home whitener method can cost you less than $100 a year on at home teeth care, or you can spend more than that constantly purchasing another whitener kit once your teeth shades have returned to prior levels. Remember, it is possible to make teeth whiter without hurting your pockets!

Used correctly, this is the Best Teeth Whitener method.
